The Long Island Lions Eye Foundation is pleased to announce its Tree of Life fundraiser. The Tree of Life offers the opportunity to honor or memorialize a family member, remembered loved one, or a dear friend. It contains brass leafs, acorns, foundation stones and mini trees, which you may dedicate with your own special engraved message.
The Tree is located on the first floor of the Long Island Jewish Valley Stream hospital, across from the coffee
shop, in a highly visible and heavily trafficked area.
Your participation in the Tree of Life further will help the Eye Bank for Long Island’s mission of providing superior quality eye tissue for transplantation, medical research, and promote public awareness on the importance of organ and tissue
donation.
