On November 14, 2000 at the New York Organ Donor Network,  Lions Eye Bank Chairman of the Board, Lion Martin Efron  presented  certificates of appreciation to the In-House Consent Requestors, Byron Tannenhill, Supervisor Lisa Velasquez, requestor Ruth Curry and Samuel Santiago Jr.  for their help promoting the mission of sight restoration through donor family requesting.  We salute the New York Organ Donor Network Staff for their outstanding work, support and dedication to the Lions Eye Bank for Long Island!
